Our handcrafted 16-person sauna was custom made in Ireland. The tradition of heat exposure here stretches back for centuries and we wanted to honour that connection to land and legacy by using local materials and craftspeople. Great care was taken to ensure consistent temperatures of up to 100 degrees celsius. As our ancestors knew before us, for preventing illness and ailments, the power of the hearth can’t be underestimated.
